  1. I NEED TO REUP MY MAGIC JACK FOR ANOTHER YEAR.
    I TYPE IN MY PASSWORD BUT IS UNABLE TO GET TO THE PAGE IN ORDER TO MAKE THE PAYMENT.

    1. Hi Dennis –

      I’m not with magicJack, and so can’t do you any good for renewals. If you can’t login, click on the “Forgot Password?” link and magicJack will send a message to the email they have on record for the account. Once you can login, hover the cursor over the “Phone Numbers” tab and click on the “View – Renew – Change” link in the dropdown menu. You’ll see a link to “Add Months” adjacent to your phone number there.

  2. I’ve been using magic Jack since 2007. About 3 months ago, I bought a five years subscription and I cannot make or receive a call since then. All my attempts to call ended up in endless waiting call. Now I need a full refund of my money.$99.95.

      Unfortunately, I’m not with magicJack, and so cannot address your refund. Have you tried magicJack’s live chat staff to see if they can resolve the issue of no calls – or the issue of getting your money back? When you get to that tech chat page, just click on the search button (no need to put anything in the search field), then click on the red “I’m Online!” banner. Note that access to live chat is only from 9AM – 10PM Monday through Saturday, and 10AM – 7PM on Sunday, east coast time in the US (EST).

      Alternately, you can download a short, free report and try bringing your dead magicJack back to life.

  3. recently messages on my ph to renew. So i did. I renewed the # and also the year subscription, but the message still there on my phone. ?????

      Unfortunately, I’m not with magicJack. I’m just a user helping other users.

      You could try magicJack’s live chat staff to see if they can resolve the issue by updating your account status. When you get to that tech chat page, just click on the search button (no need to put anything in the search field), then click on the red “I’m Online!” banner. Note that access to live chat is only from 9AM – 10PM Monday through Saturday, and 10AM – 7PM on Sunday, east coast time in the US (EST).

      Hopefully they can sort out the issue.

  4. Need to change my email finding it hard to get to my account send to new email wallacetaylor7@gmail. com and want to change password also need to know when I need to renew my magic jack .

      You can handle all the above by logging into your account.

      To change your email, hover over the Account tab and click on Manage Login in the dropdown menu. You can add a new email and password on this screen, as well as changing your existing password.

      You can see when your magicJack renewal date is by clicking on the Phone Numbers tab. The second column of the table that’s shown will tell you the renewal date, and give you the option to add time to your subscription.

I can not make a call.When I end call it said (at the place the number goes) connect to internet and then said signing.I am connected.I have tried for 2 days to get mj customer ser.no luck.also,when I try to call there is a buzzing sound when it finshes there’s a busy sound, after this I can call.i’m in mex. so I can not use 800 numbers,that was the reason I got mj.if you can help I would appreciate it.
